We collect the following information from our customers.

• Information regarding the operating system and device you use, such as OS-generated IDs, device type, and device identifiers

Purpose of Using Customer Information

We use the information collected from customers for the following purposes.

• To analyze your usage history on our services and use it to maintain and improve our services
• To respond to inquiries from customers
• To address conduct that violates our terms of service or applicable laws
• To notify you of changes to, suspension of, termination of, or cancellation of our services
• To notify you of changes to our terms and conditions
• In addition to the above, to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services

Camera and Face Data (Shireka)

Some experiences in the app "Shireka" use the device camera and the TrueDepth camera (ARKit face tracking).

What we collect

• Camera video: used to recognize the surrounding space and the shape of your hand.
• Face-related information: only the blink values computed by ARKit (eyeBlinkLeft / eyeBlinkRight), as numbers between 0 and 1. We do not obtain or retain face geometry (face mesh) or images of your face.

Purpose This information is used solely to run the on-screen accessibility learning experiences. It is never used for identification, authentication, profiling, or advertising.

Storage, transmission, and third parties Camera video and face-related information are processed only in memory on your device and discarded immediately, frame by frame. They are never stored on the device, never transmitted to our servers or anywhere else, and never shared with any third party. Nothing is saved to your photo library. The camera stops when you leave the experience.

If you decline You can decline camera access in the iOS permission dialog. If you decline, the affected experiences can still be completed using an illustrated alternative.

App Usage Analytics (Shireka)
